South Slidell ’s Neighborhood Pool
Lakeside pool offers family-friendly swimming in a beautiful 25-meter swimming pool in Westchester subdivision. With a shallow end and a deep end, there’s plenty of room for all! Lakeside is located at 497 Cumberland Street, one mile from Pontchartrain Blvd, and just minutes from the Old Spanish Trail Exit. Lakeside pool is under new management: The Hurricane Swim Club, established in 1977.
Memberships:
Memberships in Lakeside Pool are available to anyone in the community. The Membership Form is available to print and complete. There are two different types of memberships offered:
- Single - $50
- Family (up to 6 persons) - $150
Pool Parties:
Lakeside Pool offers private and open parties for birthdays, sports teams, end-of-the-season, or playgroups.
· All size parties may be accommodated.
· Available mid-May through September
· Large covered pavilion with picnic tables and electric hook ups available
· Refrigerator and freezer available for use
FEES:
· Private Party: $250 for a two hour party (first 40 guests) requires a $75 deposit
· Open Swim Party: $100 for a two hour party (first 20 guests) requires a $50 deposit
Private Parties are available most Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings. After hours and other times may be arranged.
Open pool hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
