Coaches, to import this file to your team manager, do the following: 

1) Download this file to your desktop and make note of the location.

2) Open your Team Manager and click on Standards; under this click on "Import Standards."

3) When it asks for location, find it on your desktop! 

The Long Course standards for this meet should be there if you follows these steps.
